True to the fact children give us the opportunity to see our own childhood and the reflection of our personalities in them. They not only represent the family, but also the nation and the race. The responsibility of parenthood does not end with fact that we bring up the children feeding them and giving them a luxurious lifestyle. The role of parents extends beyond limits in terms of offering the child the exact surrounding to grow as a responsible human being. </p>
<p>To Observe Children’s Behavior: Children unarguably deserve the best environment to be brought up with a perfect healthy body and mind. They should be imparted with education and proper manners should be inculcated in an intelligent way by the elders living with them. They are the perfect mimicry artists in the house hold. The parents often unknowingly manifest irrational behavior oblivious of the fact that it is being copied by the minor member of the family. </p>
<p>Various Stress Level: The unending journey to settle down to a peaceful life is quite a mirage if a metro city life is considered. In the speedy competitive life, there is the prime factor, responsible for the rising stress level is the city dwellers. Main key for anger management for children is self-control because when they are at a tender age they may not easily have self-control for their anger management. So, here are some anger management tips for children and their parents:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leisure activities: Children love outdoor and extra-curricular activities like drawing, painting, cycling, running and other creative tasks. Advise children to get involved in these activities as a part of their schedule. A car needs coolants or a fan inside his engine to keep the engine cool while it is functioning. Therefore, in the same way, leisure activities, especially for children, play an important role in reducing their tension in life due to studies etc. </li>
<ul>
<li>One of them is target practicing.  This anger management tip releases their anger in a peaceful manner. It also helps building their concentration irrespective of the mental stress they are going through.</li>
</ul>
<li>Do not try to repel their anger in a negative way: This anger management advice is for parents and guardians. Children may not be able to counter your negative way of controlling their anger by threatening to punish them. However, this would create a hidden development inside their mindset of becoming violent in future. A classic and practical example of this could be Adolf Hitler. His father Alois was often brutal towards his son in his childhood but this was one of the main reasons that made him what we know about him today. Even if you have to use negative methods, cover it up later on by becoming diplomatic.</li>
<li>Understand the root cause of anger: Remember, children are not yet mature enough to understand the pros and cons and reasons for the restrictions and instructions given to them. You can plan your anger management for your children only when you understand them thoroughly though many children have the same behavior.</li>

It’s our paramount duty to safeguard the remaining resources, and gift them to the posterity. Parents and schools are already taken initiation in it. The whole world is reacting to it, and now and then people offering their effort to save some and science and technology too striving to find the alternative methods to compete nature’s resources.</p>
<p>1.	Children can take participate in various programmes related to nature resources like water, earth, forest and others in schools and in some other institutions.</p>
<p>2.	Children too walk on for the short distances to buy their things and get their work done instead of cars.</p>
<p>3.	Children should not watch TV for hours which will surely shoot up the Electricity bills and they should agree to minimize their TV watching habits and playing on with video games on internet.</p>
<p>4.	They should switch off fans and lights in their rooms when not required, they should go to bed at early night to save Electricity.</p>
<p>5.	Children should plant trees and spend time on gardening, this way they can help their parents in getting their family the required vegetables and fruits for cooking in kitchen.</p>
<p>6.	They can make a hobby and new skills in recycling the used products like coke cans, and other plastic containers for further use.</p>

More than 40% of the earth is occupied by thick forests, dense trees, valuable herbs and shrubs. The process of photosynthesis is the major phenomenon which helps the earth balance itself.</p>
<p>A brief history of forest<br />
Millions of years ago when the earth evolved there were nothing but mud, stone, huge rocs, and mineral deposits. Gradually the solar system began to form and the earth started to cool down and shape itself. The first form of life on earth was known to be a unicellular micro organism which lived for a short span of time. But as earth began to cool down further various eco systems were formed. One such eco system is the forests which consist of all kinds of micro and macro organisms.</p>
<p>Some of the reasons why trees are most important for climatic control are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Increases oxygen in the atmosphere<br />
During the process of photosynthesis trees consume carbon-di-oxide and release oxygen into the atmosphere. By planting more trees and avoiding deforestation, more photosynthesis will take place and more oxygen is released into the atmosphere.</li>
<li>Absorbs poisonous gases and reduces green house gases<br />
Due to natural phenomena like volcanic eruptions, forest fires or industrial wastes being let out into the atmosphere, dense cloud of poisonous green house gases are released into the atmosphere in all parts of the world. These gases are poisonous to human being and other livings organisms. Trees absorb these gases and releases oxygen into to atmosphere. By doing so the oxygen content is increases thus providing pure air for the consumption of all organisms

	Trees are responsible to keep the air circulating from one place to another. While the moisture is in the air in the forms of thick, dense clouds, trees help in attracting these clouds and bring rains in that region. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Parambikulam is a very important part of God’s own land-Kerala. Parambikulam is an awesome place to hang out with family. It is actually a wild life sanctuary which has a variety of animals and birds. It gives you a feeling of being very close to nature. Though you won’t find much variety in terms of food, any special events/celebration or anything to shop but if one wants to have peace of mind and have relaxing thoughts, he or she should visit this wonderful place.<br />
<strong>About its origin</strong><br />
It gives one great thrill to know about an origin of any place.Parambikulam was initially a source for timber and later for teak. This activity took place for many years but only in 1973, the entire region was organized and transformed to be a sanctuary.<br />
<strong>Stay </strong>–When one goes to be place like this, they would want to experience it to the fullest. Treehouses, wooden set ups etc. are available where a family can enjoy a calm experience. We these days living in concrete houses, with houses interiorsdecorated, with traffic sounds outside, a great amount of peace can be experienced here.Though in nearest town many hotels are also available.<br />
<strong>Best season to visit</strong>- Rainy season should be avoided to visit this place as it is a forest and rain would lead to slushes, slippery ground and basically you won’t be able to go out exploring the sanctuary. The best time to visit this place would be some time in October going up to March. Weather is very pleasant during this period and the sanctuary can be explored to the fullest if we are there.<br />
<strong>What to do when in Parambikulam</strong><br />
After getting a hint of when to visit this place and where to stay, we need to know what exactly can be done when we are in Parambikula. A nature lover would have a great time exploring the thick wild forest, gazing at the tall teak trees, can take your jeep and go searching for beautiful looking birds or any wild animal like deer, leopards, monkeys etc. We also have a lake called Lake Thunakadavu which runs between the forests and have many crocodiles too in them. One can also find rusted trams which were used to get teak. Such things would take you back in time during the 19th century when these activities used to take place. The sanctuary closes at 6pm.<br />
Take the following with you- When you decide to go to Parambikulam, we should pack with us our camera so that we can capture all the great moments, clicking the wild animals, clicking yourself having fun in the tree houses, in the eat outs eating simple south Indian food etc.</p>
<p>You need to take some mosquito repellent creams, a torch, some emergency medicines, some sturdy shoes so that you are comfortable when you walk around or stand for long hours in your jeep looking through your binoculars in hope of seeing any animal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kodaikanal is widely known as Princess of hill stations in India. It is a very pleasing hill station. Kodaikanal is on the southern part of Madurai in TamilNadu. This place is blessed with lovely woods, lakes, rocks and hills. In India, it is considered as an ideal destination for tourists.<br />
Kodaikanal is also known for “Kurunji” the remarkable flowering plant. The blossoming flowers of Kurunji are a delightful sight. Many tourists arrive in Kodaikanal specially to see those flowers. Kodaikanal is surrounded by the beautiful hills. The beauty of nature attracts tourists to these serene hills every year. The atmosphere of Kodaikanal is very peaceful. The hill side area produces very good fruits and plums.  <br />
The hill station is placed at an altitude of about 2,133 meter high and it is covering about 21.45 SQ-km. Kodaikanal has some reputed educational institutes which are famous internationally. Kodaikanal international School, public School, Zion matriculation High School and the American university of India are some of the top institutions in Kodaikanal. <br />
Tourists see many churches in Kodaikanal mainly because the city was discovered by the American and by some European missionaries.  The churches are nicely built and are also good spot for tourists. <br />
The city receives financial boost from tourists. The economy is based on tourist only. The tourists figure is rising every year remarkably. Kodaikanal is under going lot of infrastructural changes these days, as the city is preparing itself for the tourist seasons. <br />

<p><strong>How to reach there…</strong><br />
If you are traveling by Airplane the nearest airports to Kodaikanal are Trichy and Madurai. The Trichy Airport is 150km away and the Madurai Airport is 120km away from Kodaikanal. Coimbatore is 175 km away from Kodaikanal.<br />
If you are traveling by train then the nearest railway station is Kodai road station. This station is at about 100 km distance away from Kodaikanal. The journey starts by road after station. The taxis can be hired to reach to the city.  <br />
Dindigul Railway station is quite near to Kodaikanal. From there, it is very convenient to reach to kodaikanal. Local transport is easily available from Dindigul station and charges are not that high if you travel through auto rickshaw. <br />
From Dindigul railway station one has to take bus to reach to Kodaikanal. The distance between Dindigul to Kodaikanal is about 90 kms. The frequency of buses is good and buses go to all main cities from Kodaikanal. You can get the buses for Chennai, Trichy, Pondicherry, Coimbatore, Madurai from Dindigul bus station. <br />
By car it is bit expensive to travel from Kodai road to Kodaikanal. The fare of this 80 km distance is Rs. 1300/. Cab services are available easily from Madurai, Dindigul to Kodaikanal. There are many cabs services which provide pick up and drop facility to nearby places. </p>

The most important person after parents who is responsible for our knowledge &#038; achievements in life is a teacher. A teacher is the one who makes us learn and instills values in us to march through the journey of life with flying colours. They are the ones responsible for shaping our lives. It’s one of the most respectable and selfless profession in the world.<br />
Tips on impressing your teachers:<br />
It is necessary to be in the good books of your teachers not only for marks or grades but also to show gratitude and respect for the effort put by them. Given below are a few tips on impressing your teacher:</p>
<ul>
<li>Greetings &#038; wishes: Greet the teacher with a smile every day. Know their name properly and show your respect by wishing them a good morning and thanking them at the end of the class. This surely can create appositive impression on you.</li>
<li>Time: Be punctual. Reach school on time. Being late shows carelessness attitude and can create a negative impact on the teacher. In case you are late a couple of times, immediately apologize for the delay and don’t give excuses. Teachers generally dislike excuses given by students.</li>
<li>Be Presentable: Go well dressed to school with washed and ironed clothes and combed hair. Never go to school with a funky look. This may be cool to your friends but not to your teachers.</li>
<li>Show Concern: If you are meeting the teacher after more than a week, welcome them back. If in case they have been on sick leave, show concern by asking them about their wellness. Never talk anything negative of any teacher how much ever you dislike them.</li>
<li>Being attentive and responsible: Come prepared by bringing all that’s necessary for the class like text books, notes, pencils, pen, easer etc. As far as possible sit in any of the front benches of the classroom which reduces distraction and keeps you focused in class. This will show your interest in the class which can create appositive impact on the teacher. Make notes of the lectures, highpoint the important points the teacher stresses on.</li>
<li>Being regular to school: Miss school only if it is very necessary such as for illness or due to a family issue. Try to cope with the missed chapter and show the completed work to your teacher.</li>
<li>Finish assignments on time: Homework tests the understanding capability of the student. So it’s important to complete assignments on time. This will also help in improving grades.</li>
<li>Follow their directions correctly: Follow the teacher’s instructions carefully. In case you are asked to complete projects with certain instructions, make sure you finish the project by incorporating the points mentioned by them.</li>
<li>Be interactive in class: Participate in the discussions in class by answering questions put forth by the teacher. This participation can surely lead to a good opinion.</li>
<li>Participate in extracurricular activities such as music, dance, and theatre.</li>
<li>Help your teacher in organizing any event in school.</li>
<li>Be good to other students as well.</li>
</ul>
<p>All the above qualities in a student give a positive assurance and make the teacher feel that you are a promising student for their school. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The answer is simple, they are children, yet need to grow and achieve a lot of things in times to come, and they have to be healthy, energetic and good enough to achieve their dreams, for their character is determines by the food they eat. Now a days, parents tend to less down their work, because they do not have energy to look after their babies, from the very beginning they will be interested to give cow’s milk for their children, and to my knowledge no animals on earth do that, they give only their own milk to their calves, only we human will go for alternatives.<br />
<strong>Ten reasons to avoid the so called junk food:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Junk food will upset children’s stomach and bring allergies too.</li>
<li>They are no value of high nutrients and fibre.</li>
<li>There is no source of vitamins in junk foods.</li>
<li>They will make the children addict to them and less down their hunger.</li>
<li>Junk food is with chemicals, preservatives and mono sodium gloried which may not be suitable for children.</li>
<li>In the long run, it will affect children’s vision and intestines.</li>
<li>Junk foods will less down their memory power and attention in all activities including studying and playing.</li>
<li>When children lack concentration, they cannot aim for anything and can achieve nothing.</li>
<li>We are giving any food to make our children grow; when it fails we call it a junk food.</li>
<li>Food should make us active; if it fails we will not touch that again.</li>
</ul>
<p>In the media, advertisements tell you that they are high in protein and vitamins, the presented nutrients which will solve all your problems and present  you a happy day and so many promises, in reality nothing happens so. We buy ready to serve items from beverages to food items like noodles, pasta, and snacks like chips, chocolates and other cookies. The human brain should tell us, what the nutrients the food has, is already compromised with the preservatives, and now there is no value in it.<br />
So instead of buying oily items like chips, cheese items, etc which are with high amount of fat which may end your children in the problem of obesity which in turn open door for many fatal diseases like heart attack, high pressure, and diabetics.  Prepare some snacks at home that are with the right amount of protein and fibre, like boiled cereals, wheat cookies, etc.<br />
Avoid sugary items which are plenty in colas, other beverages, packed fruit juices etc, instead prepare fresh fruit juices for your children. Avoid cocoa products which are high in chocolates and other sweets, these will not do well for child’s tummy.<br />
Instant noodles, and pastas have their own promises, but will not fulfil, instead you prepare healthy breakfast for your children and family. As a parent you know, it’s your children and your family, after all you will not be happy to see your children suffer in the long run. So remember the duty of presenting them healthy food and good habits of eating well and improve their digestion system with plenty of water.<br />
